Starting in the morning or noon, you will visit the most renowned attractions of Addis Ababa, also known as the capital of Africa.

  1. Quick visit to The National Museum section where the oldest most complete human remaining Lucy (3.18 myo) found. About 30 minutes
  2. Ethnographic museum which once was a palace of Emperor Haileselasie, and today the main campus of the Famous Addis Ababa University. About 1 hour
  3. Entoto Mountain (3000m) where you can have a panoramic view towards Addis Ababa (the 3rd highest capital of the world). Here, you will take some time to see the oldest palace of the city, a church and small museum filled with materials related with the reign of Emperor Menelik II and the battle of Adwa. Day 1: In the morning time, you will visit:-

  4. After having lunch, visit the famous St. George Cathedral. It was here that Queen Zewditu and Emperor Hailesilasie were coronated. The church has a small but interesting museum.
  5. Then, visit the Natural History Museum. It displays the wild animal specious of Ethiopia. The animals looks alive due to the very artistic work of the taxidermists who organized the museum.

Day 2:

  1. After breakfast, visit the famous cathedral Holy Trinity church. Built in 1941 it was dedicated to and remains the burials lace for the nation's heroes. The tomb of Emperor Hailesilasie and his family is also found here.
  2. The short drive southward will take you to The Cross Square, where the Red Terror Martyrs Museum and The Addis Ababa museum are found very close to each other. The lunch break will come on after visiting these two museums.
  3. Lunch break will followed by the drive to Merkato, the largest open air market in Africa, where real life activities of Ethiopians can be observed with amazement gaze. It is a place that you can bargain for anything.
  4. The remaining time if the day will be dedicate to coffee break and Shopping.
